It is now possible to add multiple documents to a contact log when working in the client account or within the work and selecting documents already available within the account.
From your work or from the account. Example is Tax Work.
- To select multiple files, click to highlight the first file then right-click each subsequent file that you want to select alternatively use Shift and click.
- Right click to open the options menu {Send} to create and send a new contact log thread; {Detach} to unlink the document from the client account or work.
- Click {Send} to open the New Contact Log window.
- As you complete the new contact log email the documents you have attached will have been inserted as links with the file name
Currently the multiple attachment feature only works when selecting the documents under a client account or within the work not when scrolling through the Document Management System or in an existing contact log.
