Creating a new appointment from the New Contact Log entry window. You can create a contact log from any where with CompleteEmpire using the always available Work Area Panel Quick Access buttons.
Create a future event occurrence such as a meeting, follow up, call request, action required etc, simply opt to create the appointment and select the type of follow up required, priority, all the relevant people required (your team members etc), time of follow up and any relevant notes.
Whenever and wherever an appointment is created in CompleteEmpire the process below is exactly the same.
From the New Contact Log Appointment entry tab
- Tick the [Tick] box {Would you like to create an appointment?} in the Appointment Entry tab. This reveals entry fields for making the appointment.
- Type the subject of the Appointment (mandatory field).
- Select Appointment Type from drop down list.
- Select Type/Priority from drop down list(s).
- Select Date and Time for start and finish or appointment (mandatory field).
- Add attendees as required, type name/email or mobile number to select from the drop down list or type a valid email directly into the search box. Emails addresses are added below and can be deleted by selecting the {x}.
- Tick the tick box [Tick] box {Would you like to send an invite to attendees?} to send the invite as an email.
- Add any relevant information in the note field as required.
- Click [Finish] to exit the Appointment window.
