CompleteEmpire

Status labels - using and configuring

Updated on

CompleteEmpire is based on a sequential workflow where processes can be tracked and managed by a "Status" label or category. The Status can be labeled to suit your work flow and the type of work undertaken. As an example with an opportunity there may be a a series of statuses assigned for example Pending; Ongoing; Successful.

Status's are managed through Lookups (if you do not have access to Lookups you will need to discuss with your system administrator). The settings are global for the particular module so should be configured during the subscription on boarding process. Once a record is created on your subscription using the status it can only be edited and cannot be removed if a record has been created.

Further automation controls may be available for configuration during the setting up of the Work Module Status Lookup. These trigger various controls, within the CompleteEmpire work module. Please refer to your subscription administrator or Empire Software for further details and application.

  1. [Change Status]  -  button opens a drop down list of pre-selected statues for the work.
  2. List of available status labels to be selected. (example is for 'Opportunities'

Users should progress the status of the work as part of their day to day activities for the account. Progressing work can activate automatic controls or triggers with CompleteEmpire and other complimentary modules for the purposes of referral tracking, monitoring and reporting.
