Human Resources Set up for employees

For users with authorisation such as  Administrator and General Manager authorisation groups may be ordinarily configured for your CompleteEmpire subscription to have access to the Human Resources module.

With the correct authorisation you will be able to view the Human Resources tab in the account summary and edit views. Ordinarily this include activities such as Employee and some Service Deliverers. See How to Add and Edit an Employees Account Activity

Within the Human Resources tab you configure each accounts human resource details such as their contract status, review dates, payroll information, remuneration, chargeable working hours (and currency), chargeable rates for differing work activities, leave entitlements, pension contributions, bonus details and current employment status.

If you have the correct authorisation credentials then proceed to {CRM}>{Accounts}>{selected employee}

  1. Select the employee or delivery partner clicking {CRM} > {Accounts} > "Employee" account. Click to open the Edit view for the account.
  2. Click on the {Human Resources} tab in the left hand bookmark list to jump to the Human Resources tab in the Edit view.
  3. The Human Resources panel is only visible for those accounts that it is applicable and a requirement to record the employee or partners personnel work details.

Tab - Details

  1. Enter the employees details as necessary.
  2. Enter employment type - Contract or salaried.
  3. Enter the contracted hours , leave, sick and public holidays etc. Used to calculate the hourly rate for the employee.
  4. Enter the employers defined contributions and allowances for productivity- this will be used to calculate the hourly rate for the employee
  5. Tick to confirm the employee is currently employed.
  6. Click [OK] to save and return to the employee account edit view.

Tab - Renumerations

  1. Click [Create New] to add a new line item. Use to add changes to employment and keep a record of past employee remuneration and employment dates.
  2. Click [Edit] to edit existing entry. Use [Delete] to delete the line entry.
  3. Enter data as necessary.
  4. Click [OK] to save and return to the employee account edit view.

Tab - Chargeable Rates

  1. Click [Create New] to add a new line item. Use to add the chargeable rates for the defined period and keep a record of past charge rates. Different rates dependent on the employees activity can be entered.
  2. Click [Edit] to edit existing entry. Use [Delete] to delete the line entry. Click [Save] to save.
  3. Enter data as necessary.
  4. Click [OK] to save and return to the employee account edit view.

Chargeable rates can be different dependent on the employees activity and will be automatically assigned during timesheet entry.

HR must be set each employees remunerations and chargeable rates for the timesheet entry to allocate chargeable hours.

It is also essential that any staff member that may work on multi currency fees needs to have an entry per fee currently in their chargeable hourly summary. Staff can have as many currencies entered for each activity as necessary. The fees will be allocated automatically dependent on the client account location/currency.
