How to send emails to multiple addressees

Updated on

When sending an email from CompleteEmpire there are no limits to the number of addressees.

The only proviso is that email address must be associated with an account. It is not possible to select and/or add an email address which has not been associated with an account within CompleteEmpire.

Example:

Processing a property sale on behalf of John and Daisy Smith, as joint tenants. This would be the primary account for the transaction with Johns personal email address linked to the account. Daisy Smith has asked she be included in all emails relating to the transaction using her personal email address.

  1. To be able to send Daisy Smith emails she must have an account and if not it is then necessary to set up a personal account for Daisy. Refer to  How to Create a New Account
  2. When sending emails select the account for the transaction/work, in this example John and Daisy Smith and also select the email address of Daisy Smith. You are free use the To: address field or the CC: address field as appropriate.

There are no limits on the number of email addresses that can be added to a contact log/email from within CompleteEmpire but the email must be associated with an account on the system.

Do not forget to add check and add the relationship between the accounts.
