Test your survey to ensure that the formatting (look and feel), question type, survey flow and the logic works as expected, spelling and ambiguity and that response data matches your expectations.
The Survey design module is a very powerful tool for generating simple and complex surveys. The advanced features are beyond the initial scope of this Knowledge Base and further information can be obtained on request including training.
- From the Survey Designer click the tab {Test Survey}.
- Choose the device on which you want to use to simulate the preview on.
- Select your responses remembering to test each question. completing questions where written responses are needed and or multiple choices. Check that the layout and logic works as expected and check spelling and look for ambiguous questions etc.
- Click [Complete] when satisfied with your answers
- Check the survey results meet expectations, They can be displayed as a table as shown or as JSON formatted data
- Click [Test Survey Again] to retest,
- Make changes by clicking the tab {Survey Designer} and editing the questions as required. Refer to Edit a Survey
- Check that questions that require answers work as expected.
- Click on [Go Back} to return to the Surveys view. Finding your way around the Survey view
