How to edit a survey submitted by a campaign recipient

In the event that a recipient of your campaign wishes to edit/update their original response, post submission, then there is a solution to this.

  1. To review the recipient of your campaign click {Connect} > {Communications} > {Analytics}
  2. Select {Recipients Reached} or scroll to the Recipient Reached panel.
  1. Click, if required, the {Opened} tab to reveal the list of all recipients who looked at the email campaign.
  2. If necessary use Search name... or for a country... to find the recipient of interest.
  3. Click to highlight the recipient.
  1. Select [Fill in Survey] to open the recipients completed survey.
  2. The survey view will open and you can edit the original responses.
  3. Click [OK] at the bottom of the survey to save and return to the {Recipients Reached} view.
