Add documents that are usually required by to be confirmed by you in the course of your work. Once applied to the entity these same documents will be available to you and your associates working in other Work related modules within your CompleteEmpire subscription. The documents are linked to the entity which manages the personal details of the beneficial owners.
Examples are Passport, National ID, Driving Licence etc which are documents you need to sight to prove the identity of your client for compliance purposes. For example as they are linked to the entity you can match the photos to the person you are dealing with
Requirements
To add a Required Document, the account will need to have the entity linked (Personal details of the beneficial owners) as the document is tagged to them.
Within the Work Edit View of the account scroll to the Client panel to edit the Client details
- Click [Required Documents] tab to open the Required Documents window.
- Click [Create New] to open a entry filed to add a new Required Document.
- Select the entity.
- Select the type - the type of document is set up within Lookups -refer to your administration manager. How to Create, Edit a Lookup
- If appropriate select a document expiry date.
- Click [Save] - You must Save the entry before you can add the relevant document from the DMS.
- Click [Attach Documents from the DMS] (paperclip icon) to open the file management window to select your the file from the DMS.
- Select he file using the filters and search features as necessary. See Searching for documents
- Click [Select] to add the document.
- Click {Close} to close the widow and return to the Edit view.
- Click [Edit] or [Delete] to edit the entry or to delete the entry as required.
