When you set up and provide your client with access to their personal client portal to your CompleteEmpire subscription the client will initially receive a welcome email with their login details and a request to reset their password.
- The client will receive an email similar to the example above (with appropriate branding and contact details) and they are asked to reset their password.
The client, once they have received and reset the password will now have access via their personal secure login to the dedicated Client Portal of CompleteEmpire. Refer to Client Portal for details.

Dashboard Overview
- Client Account details - set timezone, logout, manage account.
- Right hand pop out panel control - click to open and close.
- Widgets - currently 3 widgets available.
- Panel control - click to open and close.
- Widgets - available widgets and to display on the dashboard click the relevant boxes.
- Layouts - available dashboard widget layouts. Click to select one template. Widgets can be dragged and dropped to any of the template "areas".
- Views - the default view is called 'My View'. If you wish to create a different dashboard for each aspect of your daily work activity then this is entirely possible by creating a new view based on a blank dashboard view, the system default or by cloning the current dashboard view. Refer to Creating a Dashboard View The default view is marked by the star icon.
User Account Management
- Click to open the drop down menu.
- Click and select and set the timezone applicable.
- Click to open a window in the dashboard to add Phone number, enable/disable Two-Factor Authentication and change password.
- Click to open a window to change your password.
- Click to Logout
