How to update your account profile with DocuSign

Log In Process

Log In to your DocuSign account via https://account.docusign.com/

  1. Enter your DocuSign log in email address
  2. Click [NEXT]
  1. Enter your DocuSign password
  2. Click [LOG IN]

DocuSign User Profile setting default day/date/timezone

During the setup process for your personal DocuSign account that is linked to your CompleteEmpire subscription you should take the opportunity to update your user profile. In particular the day/date and timezone.  

The settings you set here are used when DocuSign time stamps the documents you send and receive.

Log in to your DocuSign account

  1. Click the user symbol at the top right of your browser to open the window
  2. Click [Manage Profile]
  1. Select {Language & Region} in the menu bar.
  2. Select region.
  3. Select timezone settings and whether to link o you computers setting or not.
  4. Select preferred formatting options.
  5. Click [SAVE] to save settings.

CompleteEmpire is a DocuSign reseller and subscribers who do not have a DocuSign account should contact  CompleteEmpire support and the sign up process with DocuSign can be initiated. DocuSign is a third party service please refer to DocuSign for support.
