1. Click on {CRM} > {Contact Logs} in the Main Menu.
2. In the Search Bar on right (which auto opens but can be opened by clicking the open/close arrow icon next to the Quick Button group at top right) locate the data field {Contact Ref No.}.

3. Enter the alpha numeric part of the CREF that you are searching for only.

The contact log chain referenced by the copied CREF will be displayed as long as the remaining filter fields are relevant to the contact log being searched for. For example the date range is relevant or the {Contact By} field is blank or appropriate to the the Contact Log being searched for.
